We sent our 7 month old golden retriever puppy, Beau, to Patrick for the 2-week board and train program and we couldn't be happier with the decision to do so. I was very hesitant to give Beau over to anyone but was immediately put at ease the second we met Patrick. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has a gift with animals...we think Beau loves him more than us, actually. :)
Beau has a LOT of energy and not as much self control as we'd like, so Patrick worked with him on impulse control (i.e. not dragging me down the street on walks, counter surfing, and a litany of other things) as well as basic commands. Patrick sent videos of Beau's progress every day which was not only reassuring but also helped train us how to work with Beau as well. Patrick is always available for questions when they come up, but we haven't had to bug him too much because he did such a great job of giving us the tools to keep Beau's training going once his 2-week board and train was done. We LOVE Patrick (Beau especially) and cannot recommend him enough.

Amazing communication, knowledgeable, flexible, and the trainer Patrick loves what he does! We did the 2 weeks train and board and we couldn’t be happier. The daily updates, videos, pictures keep you involved through the whole training process. The pups go on field trips and really have a great time while also learning important skills. The trainer Patrick is so amazing with our dog…. I can not brag enough about how happy I am with Superstar K9. Our boy moose is still a pup, but he is home and doing so well!
